Do you have any suggestions for ridiculous power metal that's more screechy and high-pitched than Metallium? I just can't find a PM band that's retarded enough for my tastes. Retarded in the best way possible, that is.

Yes we are indeed rolling along, with some great albums to be reviewed in the coming week.

I couldnt help noticing the now "closed" thread about the new DragonForce album. All throughout the thread (well until like the 4th or 5th page when it went off on a tangent) the same message was coming across. DragonForce need to evolve, need to change or their popularity will plummet. They need to bring the tempo down, etc, etc, etc...

Well, i am reviewing this for metalcdratings this week and after almost a week of playing the album non stop....guess what?

THEY HAVE....AND IT KICKS ASS! :dio:

Awesome! I'm looking forward to your review, and I'm sure many others are as well... :)

The review will be published on August 8th, along with many others. :D

Checked out the review, good stuff...nice to hear they at least changed things up a bit. On a side note, he misspelled "bizarre" as "bazaar". Major LOLZ. Otherwise good review :)

Thanks for reading the review, and for the feedback.
:D

The misspelled word is my fault... I'm supposed to catch those things, as I'm the last one to read the reviews before they're published.

Thanks for letting me know - I'll fix it right away.

Hey Clint,

Thanks for the review of Blaze Bayley's new CD "The Man Who Would Not Die". It inspired me to check it out over at lala.com which then lead to me buying the download. It's a good album.

I'm checking out this weeks updated MCDR material now.

Great job.

You're welcome. It was actually Craig B (Radagast) who reviewed it -- thanks for reading the review.
