Whoa whoa whoa... Skid Row? Whitesnake? Bulletboys? All three are great bands and this list is shit for including them with the likes of Mr. Big and Stryper.

The other list just sucks with 4-2 and Kiss not even being heavy metal and then Priest at 7?

Well, at least he didn't try to call Queens Of The Stone Age a metal band. Even Josh Homme once admitted that it irritates him when people give QOTSA the metal label (they aren't any more of a metal band than Metallica was in 1996/1997 - I don't mean that in a derogatory way, btw).

I get what you mean, Frigid. If he's considered metal because of how he inspired many of metal's musicians, then they might as well include BB King, Eric Clapton, and Elvis (for his ultra 'rock-your-ballz-out' showmanship).

People do the same thing with AC/DC and Led Zeppelin. They give both bands the "metal" label because of all the metal bands they've influenced, but they clearly are not metal bands.

damn. Something like this is on www.ultimate-guitar.com where they put up the song list of the upcoming Slipknot album, I still can't believe that there are still so many 13/14 year olds who still go apeshit over Slipknot.
