Not really.

Worst - Iron Maiden's 'Somewhere Back in Time - Best of 80'-89''

That is a real money grabber for sure.

Whatever still the songs kick ass in their own way, Exodus is gonna ruin a perfectly good album.

True, I won't deny that the 80's stuff are the best, but I realised the track list left out a few songs that fans love. Plus, they've released too many Best of's to date.

Weight training and running isn't the best combination if you want to grow big muscles...

I want an Eddie tattoo too. Probably the mummy version

Maybe you've been eating a lot due to the running, and all the food has made you bigger because of the weights.

Running is a bad idea to get some "weight". You should use medium weight 10 reps per exercise. If you want to get strenght (power) you should you heavy weights (not too heavy or your muscles might snap) with few reps per exercise. Or you can train for endurance (like me) lightweight (but not too light) 20+ reps per exercise.
But THE BEST thing is applying to gym and workout with coach.

Btw. about those diets it also depends what kind of muscles you want to get. If you want the volume of the muscles you should eat pure protein (it pumps you really fast; you can get it in those special drug stores e.g. twin lab) and you should avoid carbohydrates.

Perhaps, although I also just realised that video isn't 2 years old at all, more like a year if that, oh well.
