Anyway, after all this talk I just couldn't help myself.

I ordered Tankard - Zombie Attack\Chemical Invasion, and Coroner - No More Color from Amazon.

They were temporarily out of stock, so I guess i'll just have to wait. So three more album brings the tally up to...90.

I'm gonna go for the big 1-0-0 after my next pay check!

Great choices... No More Color has some weak tracks on IMO but even if every other track on it was shit it would still be worth getting for Mistress of Deception :dio:

Well, i guess I have devotedwalnut and ganesharules to thank if those are good choices.

How about you, rio? Anything you think is missing from my list that I should fix immediately?

I'm not rio either, though sometimes I wish I was . You can download any of the Heathen you're missing, free and legal, at their website:

http://www.heathenmetal.com/

I second Eisenfaust's Morbid Saint suggestion, though that album is ridiculously hard to find these days. If I was going to suggest immediate fixes to your list, they would be:

Dark Angel - Darkness Descends
Forbidden - Forbidden Evil
Kreator - Pleasure to Kill
Kreator - Coma of Souls
Mekong Delta - The Music of Erich Zann
Mekong Delta - Mekong Delta
Sabbat - History of a Time to Come
Sadus - Illusions
Holy Terror - Terror and Submission
Holy Terror - Mind Wars
Overkill - Feel the Fire
Overkill - Taking Over
Overkill - The Years of Decay
Sodom - Persecution Mania

I'm sure most of those are already on your "to buy" list, but oh well.

Ok here are a few suggestions:

Coroner: Punishment For Decadence, No More Color, RIP, and Mental Vortex, should be on your list, you cant go wrong with any of these.

Sodom: Dude you NEED MORE SODOM!, seriously Persecution Mania, In The Sign Of Evil, Better Off Dead, or just about any Sodom album are always a good choices.

Sacrifice: I could not recommend this band more, any of their albums should be a fine addition to your list but you should get any of these 3 first: "Forward To Termination", "Torment in Fire" and "Soldiers of Misfortune ", theyre one of the best canadian Thrash acts IMO, Marquee records rerelease them on limited edition slip cases a while go, but i hear that they are still available withouth the hand numbered slip cases.

Im sure you already heard Darkness Descends, and im sure youre planning on getting it, but im gonna say it again: BUY DARKNESS DESCENDS.

GET MORE OVERKIL!!!!!!

Yeah Voivod dude, go get some Voivod.

Shit, I knew I was going to leave out somebody. Seconded on Voivod, amazing band. Go with Nothingface or Dimension Hatross first.

Well, your thrash collection is better than mine, but I guess there are a few things I think it's missing-

Some ealier Sepultura (I don't like Chaos AD at all and think Arise is merely ok... much prefer older stuff)
The first Megadeth album is just awesome
Also how about Persecution Mania by Sodom, another of my own favourites.

Those are all bands you're familiar with though... You could try Send More Paramedics (http://www.myspace.com/zombiecore)

They are kind of a crossover band but I think of them as thrash, and I love them.

IMO the music was awesome, in parts at least. Cranial Blowout, Burning the Bodies, Desert of Skulls, all stunning songs.

Oh yeah, definantly not meh all over, just not good enough to make a chart consisting of bumps for goodness look like a mountain range.

Iknow a place where you can get the Morbid Saint album, for pretty cheep to. It aslo comes with their unreleased album, which i cant remember the name of right now...

I said it once and ill say it again, Vendetta. I know everybody is throwing bands at you, but listen to Vendetta. These guys are criminally underrated.

The riff that starts at 3:48 is just freakin awesome.

DW...Where can you get the morbid saint album?

A couple of suggestions that weren't already on my list in there, thanks guys!!

Alright I was planning on spending $150 - $200 out of my paycheck this week to get a new pair of sennheisers. So that's obviously gonna severely limit how many I can get this week....

But gimme a couple of months, and I reckon I'll have all of these suggestions. Provided I can find them somewhere of course.

A lot of them were on my list already, there's this great site that I look at www.classicthrash.com That's where I got a lot of the suggestions for my "to get" list before i came on this board.

EDIT: Just bought my new headphones. Ended up getting the Sennheiser HD555. Paid $AU189. Ahh...now all my thrash sounds like crispy deliciousness. :D

Sepultura - Against
Slayer - Reign in Blood
Slayer - South of Heaven
Slayer - Seasons in the Abyss
Slayer - Divine Intervention

I second that plea. I just gave these guys a listen, and the vocalist floored my ass.
