Sweet mullet

I heard someone say "sweet mullet" in a conversation. I said that it was an oxymoron, the dude saying it disagreed citing several examples of what he considered to be awesome mullets. I stood my ground and let's just say I doubt I will talk to that guy again :lame:

So, since all disputes like that must be settled by an internet poll, vote.

I just mentioned my mullet. However, I think they look really cool on my 80's new wave album jackets. The mullet has to be accompanied by moused or heavily hairsprayed hair to look cool. The billy ray cyrus mullet looks white trash and gay though. Just take a look at Rush and their mullets in the 80's. They look so fucking cool on those records. Especially on the "Big Money" video. Neil legendary down to his ass rat tail makes one of its only historical appearances.

I say if done right. The mullet kicks ass. If done poorly it looks awful. I dig up some examples

I really really wanted to choose "an oxymoron" but well, I remember, my sister had a mullet once and it looked pretty sweet on her so I suppose there's a possibility after all.

Wow I think Adveser proved why mullets are lame. Everyone of those was awful and by the way none of those guys from Danzig had mullets.

And besides. It all goes with the music that those guys made. It really works. Mullets are usually crap, but sometimes it really does look cool.

Indeed. In both pictures, actually. The first showcases the wonder that was "pegging" your jeans. And, well, the zippers in the second photo are just badass. I could carry around all kinds of shit, just right above my knees.

as a sufferer of chronic mulletosis, i resent this thread. many of us do not choose to have mullets, they simply appear on our heads after a while. the only long-term solution is a military-ish cut, which on me would look almost as ugly as a mullet!

really. i ought to post a pic of me looking like one of those fucking lego-men (you know, the average clip-on lego hair they have) so you can see what a really horrible mullet looks like.

I actually had a faux mullet, I must admit. If you look, you'll see that I actually put gel in my hair and combed my sides tight to my head. That's a very versatile hairdo.

I was kind of being sarcastic. Anyways, if you had pockets around your knees when you bent your legs wouldn't it get really tight? I'd just wear cargo pants.

I know what you mean I have to get hair cuts frequently because of my goofy shaped head and how hair on the back of my head grow long really quickly. Plus my hair is really curly so it just goes bad real quick.

Did you think I was being serious? And I don't think cargo pants existed back then. I was an original metrosexual, so I would know.
