What to listen and what to avoid? I listened to the live cd Canterbury Fayre and thought it was awesome, so i wanted to explore their discography a little more. What's a good place to start?

I would definitely say listen to Space Ritual next, though Hall of the Mountain Grill and Levitation are awesome too. Actually, the only album I've heard that was not good is Bring Me the Head, just because of the overly shitty production. Avoid that one.

Ok, I've been a Hawkwind fan for a long time....early stuff is very Psychedelic in nature. "Hall of the Mountain Grill", "Warrior On The Edge of Time" and "Doremi Fasol Latido" are good places to start and Lemmy from Motorhead plays bass on these albums as well as singing on some tracks. Then "Levitation" is a really good album that was released in 1980. "Live Chronicles" is ok. Everything else is pretty much hit and miss.
