Entwine - diEversity
love this band they are so damn catchy and they create a nice atmosphere, too bad their albums are hard to get by.
Now i"ll have to hunt down "Time of Despair"

Thorr's Hammer- Dommedagsnatt

Fucking great doom ep featuring Sunn 0)))) members and some norwegian teenage girl making amazingly manly grunts. Took a long time to grow on me but now I'd recommend this to all doom fans. It touches upon that Sunn 0)))) feel of the world grinding to a halt, but is still very recognisably riff-based and fairly accessible.

Rosetta "Wake/Lift" (2007)
Those who enjoy the likes of Isis should try this.

God i am getting into this genre more and more... But listening to Cult Of Luna "SOmewhere Along The Highway" I think Isis lost its number 2 spot. These guys have overall more energy than anything Isis has ever done.
But ill check out Rosetta. Love the cover art.

Didn't the singer die or something? I recall reading that somewhere.

One of their singers died in Hurricane Katrina but I don't think they were in the band at the time, as far as I know.

Ah right. Wasn't anything mentioned on M-A, bizarrely.

A former singer died in Katrina, an ex-bassist was shot and I think the current singer had to learn to walk again after being in a car accident.

As far as the album goes, it's good, but would be better if Falgoust let the music speak for itself a little more rather than spouting all the time. Good vocalist, though.

I didn't really like the new Soilent Green, although i should have liked it. But i am getting into Esoteric lately, perfect mood for it, journey into the depths of depression...
