Arcade Fire (Indie Rock + blues + other styles)

I'll add a suggestion for the doom/goth genre
Sins of Thy Beloved - Lake of Sorrow (mixture of doom with goth metal, gorgeous album!)

Yes, I have. I haven't really listened to any band in the genre, except some samples. It's just to slow for me I think. I bought a Cathedral-record in the US just to try it out. But haven't listened yet. Feel free to add some names=)

Every music collection must include:

Candlemass - Epicus Doomicus Metallicus
diSEMBOWELMENT - Transendence into the Peripheral
and
Electric Wizard - Dopethrone

in my humble opinion. That Candlemass has many heavy metal moments and is freakin' epic. It should appeal to just about any metalhead. diSEMBOWELMENT is death doom of the highest (and most atmospheric) order and Dopethrone is stoner with some nice bluesy touches.

There are of course many more, but there is no excuse for not liking these masterpieces..

The final sign of evil is much better than the sign of evil because older one sounds like shit

What kind of talk is that! The unpolished and savage production of In the Sign... is great for the unpolished and savage music... I wouldn't listen to Blasphemer any other way.

In addition In the Sign... and Obsessed by Cruelty can be bought in a 2 CD version, where you get both records for the price of one :dio:
