Interesting...will check out. The only thing I don't get is how you can say that there's almost no guitar leads, yet at the same time "Iron Maidenesque melodies galore". Seems kind of contradictory to me.

By "little guitar leads" I meant short ones, not that there are few of them.

wow, this is pretty good. i'd like it more if it was faster, of course, but this is solid stuff, great melodies, even if the vocals are nothing new (but work well with the music).

good work from an unsigned band.

Ah, how many more geeks will get their bandnames from the Warhammer game.

Brilliant stuff guys! I first checkout their myspace site and after listening to a couple of samples I ordered the album. This is really awesome if you have even the slightest interest in melodeath! Id definitely give it between 88-90.

Be'lakor rules big time!. One of last year's best debuts. Heavy monstrous riffs, spacious twin harmonies, super-melodic piano work and hyper-dynamic rhythms... I hear some Amon Amarth, Kalmah and Swallow The Sun on this album. And the reviewer is damn right about the progressiveness and Maiden-esque galore. Can't wait for the guys to come up with the new stuff. :dio:
