Edenbridge - The Grand Design

On first listen I like it.

Was gonna get Echoes of Eternity's album from this year but I wasnt sure enough about its quality for 11.99 used.

It's better than Grand Design. Haha. The Echoes Of Eternity album is excellent, man. $11.99 used is a high price, but the album is worth getting.

I will have to check it out then. Im sure it will still be there after xmas. Albums like that seem to stick around for almost a year in that place.

If you dig that song you'll dig the album, I'd say. It's excellent!

You didn't have Leviathan and Blood Mountain? Tell me what you think of The Human Equation.

Edguy - Theater of Salvation

Finally!

Excellent album that held some surprises for me even though I laready knew half the songs! My only complaint is that there are two piano-driven ballads when one is just so much better than the other.

I had downloaded Blood Mountain but figured that I should probably own it because I <3 it. I had never heard anything from Leviathan, though.

I just got done with my first listen of The Human Equation, with the lyrics booklet and everything. I have to say that it's left a great first impression; the story is great (some of the best lyrics I've ever heard), the singers are great, and the keyboards are great. The guitars are the only thing that don't strike me as awesome, but Lucassen gets the job done. Lucassen is a great keyboardist, though...I'm really impressed with his work on them. Every song with Devin Townsend on it rules.

I don't have Powerslave. I guess because of his avatar, I'd expect him to have the album.
