Give Angel Dust time, seriously. Very weird album if it's your first from them.

Will do. I listened to the first 3 tracks on the bus after I bought it and I remember I like 2/3 instantly. The one I like the most gave off a Chili Peppers/Primus/Tool vibe, so it seems like it will be a strange album indeed.

Yeah, it's weird, I only liked a couple songs at first, but I forced myself to listen to it more, and it's awesome. :dio:

That CD was such an incredible "breath of fresh air" when it was first released. I used to manage a CD store back in the late 80's early 90's. I remember that we just played the crap out of that one.

I gave it a few listens last night and I really like it. The second half I find is wayy better than the first however. I also enjoy their 2nd album more as the voice seems more powerful and pretty much all the songs on Slave To The Grind is good. The S/T is an impressive debut for a band though.

Radiohead - In Rainbows. Great album. Probably Radiohead's best since Kid-A.

I've had this album for ages and haven't listen to it much since the mid 90's. It has aged very well and has a minimum of three GNR classic songs ( welcome to the jungle, paradise city and Sweet child o' mine).

This has to be one of the best début albums of all time.

Yeah I really enjoy it and Im not even that big of a fan. Granted I've only properly listened to the debut and Use Your Illusion II. The debut just shatters it IMO. One song I've never heard until I finally owned the album "My Michelle" is the catchiest damn thing I've heard in a long time, love it.

And for today: Rush - Feedback

Nina Gordon : Bleeding Heart Graffiti

Ex Varuca Salt singer/guitarist solo effort. I needed a departure from my standard headbanging library.
