Yeah, I know, I just started the opening thread not even one hour ago, and here I am harking about it again... But, when it comes to the very first round, I'm curious if you guys wanna make this crazy game even more insane by making the voting rules crazy?

Basically, you could do the simple...

Band A
v (Match 1)
Band B

Vote: A

Band C
v (Match 2)
Band D

Vote: D

etc... But, what if we made the rules even more crazy. What if we didn't just vote for one band in every match, and just gave people the option of 8 (Maybe the # decreases as the bands dwindle) possible votes they could throw around, and they could use more than 1 vote on 1 band... (Maybe up to 4 votes on 1 band?)

Actually, I was thinking, if we did something crazy like that, there could be some lunatic rule that you could cast all 8 votes (Or however many you have total) on one band, rather than the normal max of 4, but it'd be like suicide as a voter. Basically, what I mean is that it'd be a desperation move, like a hail mary, but if you did it, you could NOT vote in latter rounds, or something like that.

I dunno, you guys tell me.

i think its good enough with four votes, if you get to give the whole 8 points to a band weak bands with almost no fans could make to the top easily.

Just remember, only once can a member do a suicide vote!!! I will keep track, although I am pleased with the apparent love for the insanest rules possible! :twisted: :twisted: :twisted:
