Works for me just fine. The clean parts provide some breather from all the heaviness and madness of their music. This album would be tiring for me but for the clean parts. And I also like them on their own, I think they're quite inspired. The clean vocal choruses, I mean.


It would be better if the clean choruses didn't all sound the same.


It would be better if Emperor could stop the wankery near the end of their career.

I didn't like the clean vocals on Eschaton, are they better here?
