How very, very, very silly. It's been Infernus' band since day one, even if King Ov Hell wrote the last two (admittedly very good) albums - and I thought KoH left? Get yourselves sorted out, guys!

Incidentally, the new Trelldom is pretty damn good. Anyone any info on Sigfader? Line-up looks interesting, three guitars, no bass...

I thought Gorgoroth was Infernus band all the way? How could he allow himself to quit the band he formed? And apparently things aren't sweet between Infernus and King/Gaahl. Anybody got any idea?

Wow, no internet for a month and when you come back you find something like this.

Gorgoroth without Infernus? It's true that King has been the man as of late, but fuck if I ever saw something like this coming.

Supposedly, Hellhammer is joining Gaahl's Gorgoroth.

Yes, I saw that. Interesting, but since Frost did the drums on Ad Gloriam can't see the drumming getting much better...

Hellhammer? What's he becoming, some sort of top-dollar Black Metal tycoon?

I read an interview with Gaahl that said King wanted to leave but Gaahl wouldnt let him lol. If Gaahl wouldnt let me leave the band i wouldnt leave

Anyway if Infernus wants the name shouldn't he have booted them out instead of quitting?

Bah, where's the need to stir such a fuss?

From now on there will be Gorgoroth, and Gorgoroth Of Fire. That simple, folks.

According to Metal-archives, Infernus' Gorgoroth is now the official one.

Well, Regain Records say they have sided with Infernus and will back him in court if neccessary. This basically means a record contract exists for Infernus to release albums with a band named Gorgoroth. Gaahl and King currently do not have such a contract. So it looks like Infernus wins.
