Brilliant album! Burzum atmosphere, Immortal riffs. Yeah! The first track is incredible. Post Rock, with some touches of Vangelis. The rest is great too :)

Haven't seen them anywhere :( Just buy the CD. If such names like Burzum, Drudkh, Immortal etc. are close to your heart, then you'll definitely enjoy the new Wolves :)

Wolves picked me up exactly where the new Drudkh left me down. I was rather disappointed with Drudkh, and along came the Wolves. That's exactly the kind of atmosphere I wished to get :)

okay, though, i'm not that much into Immortal, only some of the old stuff. The newer tends to annoy me, despite some cool riffs here and there.

just heard the new drudkh through today. It's not that speciel when u have heard the 4 other albums. Nothing new at all, imo.

Coolest name evar.

But yeah, I listened to some samples from their last CD and I'm really liking this. Might have to get something from them...

I couldn't find any similarities to Immortal, but definitely some Post Rock influences are hear through the album. A masterpiece of Black Art. 95/100 :dio: Every Black Metal fan must listen to this. Best album of Black Metal this year only defeated by Deathspell Omega - Fas, an album that is 10 years ahead of every BM band. Truly incredible...

Immortal - I see some similarities, some riff like from the Battles era. And some melodies ripped off from At the Heart Of Winter :) But it's not a flaw. :)

And DsO really is the best this year :)

Saw these guys live along with Melechesh, Inquisition and a bunch of local bands at the Black/Folk festival here in Calgary. An intensely majestic atmosphere. A well deserved score, BTW.

I've listened to this album a bunch hoping it would be a grower, but the black metal parts feel really uninspired to me. I like Dia Artio and the start of Cleansing but once they get into an actual song section I lose interest pretty quickly :lame:
