Didn't think you were getting that much into PM Zad. Way to go! :dio:

It's been a gradual process (Rad started me off) but I think I'm just about there now.

Iron Maiden's debut arrived this morning.

Epica: The Divine Conspiracy

It's pretty standard Epica. I was able to snag a copy of the digipak with the bonus CD. The interesting thing is that they put the wrong labels on the CD's. They flipped 'em. The bonus label is on the main CD and the main label is on the bonus cd. Other than that...it's great Epica.

Interesting how they've gone back to putting Simone on the front. Someone should do a study to see if they sell more like that.

You know what, if she's continually featured the way she looks on the front of The Divine Conspiracy I would imagine that their sales would be just fine. She really is incredibly beautiful.

That is a great album! I found it online for the equivalent of about $5AUS, I was pretty happy with that. What do you think of it? The vocalist reminded me a lot of Warrel Dane.

Dark Moor - Tarot
Killswitch Engage - As Daylight Dies

Come on, that Dio cover makes them a fully-fledged Power Metal band now. :P

I actually like them a lot now for some reason. Not my thing normaly, but KSE are pretty damn awesome. As for Tarot, it's good, but you should check out some of Dark Moor's older stuff. My personal favorite is Gates of Oblivion.

Actually haven't got round to listening to it much there has been so much new stuff coming out recently but I liked what I heard. Really like the combination of really heavy music with this vocal style and yes it reminds me a lot of Nevermore. I actually listened to it first before buying it and only had to listen to the start of first track to be impressed.

I enjoyed KSE's As daylight dies a lot when it came out and still do.
Lots of killer tunes: This Is Absolution, Eye of The Storm, Break The Silence and Still beats your name come immediately to mind.
