SLOUGH FEG, the San Francisco-based group formerly known as THE LORD WEIRD SLOUGH FEG, will release its new album, "Hardworlder", on July 4 in the U.S. and July 16 in Europe via Cruz Del Sur. The CD was produced by Justin Phelps and is described in a press release as "a monolith, an intense concentrate of perfectly-dosed power with the best guitars ever heard on a SLOUGH FEG album, heavy and pounding drums." Artwork was created by U.S. comic artist James E. Lyle.

"Hardworlder" track listing:

01. The Return of Dr. Universe
02. Tiger! Tiger!
03. The Sea Wolf
04. Hardworlder
05. The Spoils
06. Frankfurt-Hahn Airport Blues
07. Galactic Nomad
08. Dearg Doom (HORSLIPS cover)
09. Insomnia
10. Poisoned Treasures
11. Karma-Kazee
12. Whirling Vortex
13. Street Jammer (MANILLA ROAD cover)

I hope all of those 12 songs are as good as Hiberno-Latin Invasion!!!:dio:

Ok, that would be one of the best albums ever, and I don't think they are capable of doing that, but I really do hope for a better album than Atavism. That's not a bad album by any means, but I agree that it's too short and the aforementioned Hiberno-Latin Invasion is the only really awesome song on it...

Excellent news, i really liked Atavism although i must agree with you that it was too short, all of their albums are great but their best album was IMO "Twilight of The Idols".

wow this album kicks ass. They're practically not even metal anymore, a lot closer to 70s hard rock... but god the guitar parts are amazing
