In this case, NWOBHM means "New Wave of Black Heavy Metal".

There are four tracks on the CD version, and only two on the 7" vinyl version.
Track-list for the 7" is as follows:

01. Hedninger Fra Helvete
02. Canadian Metal
1. Wisdom of the Dead
2. Canadian Metal
3. Hedninger Fra Helvete
4. Bad Attitude (Testors Cover)

Since when were Darkthrone Canadian? They aren't, they're just paying tribute to Canadian metal.

That's because there is no link. The mp3 is embedded in Flash. Just let it load for a while and it'll start playing.
