Awesome... I'll be checking this bad boy out, as well as seeing him live with Kreator and Cellador next year.

Btw, you probably shouldn't post links to file sharing websites.

My good man those links that have been removed were taken from K.D website http://www.covenworldwide.org/ it was a sample of Never Ending Hill , Its was one sample and it was taken from his site and the other link was from covenworldwide it was of the album cover .

Filesharing is only for my personal use and I would never share that sort of info on any forum.

I've only gotten through about half of the album thus far, but so far I like what I hear. King's voice sounds surprisingly strong on this one considering how long hes been at it, even if he doesnt hit the high notes as often as he used to. This one is a real guitar-heavy offering, thats for sure.

Surprised to see none of the reviewers have given their critique on this one as of yet.

I also agree with that statement. This album is a very good album, typical King Diamond music at its best. There's riff a-plenty on every song and the guitar solos are killer and melodic as usual. My only grunge would be the lyrics which can be summarized in the following few words: "darkness, can't see, need light, candle, bloody dress, black cat, blood"...yep that's pretty much the whole album lyrically. The songs are awesome though, catchy riffs and choruses everywhere and full of little nice solos. Andy and Mike own! :dio:

Wow, color me impressed. This is the best thing King's put out in the new millenium. It's heavy, melodic, and catchy all at the same time. I love how the guitars have taken the spotlight on this album. The story is kind of hokey, but hey, King's been doing this for a very long time. Very tasteful use of the female vocals too, and gives the little girl character a uniqueness. Great stuff with an eerie yet cheesy atmosphere. I love it! Now let's see an official MR review, guys.

Long live the King!
85/100
