Nevermore -- This Godless Endeavor

Amazing so far...I like it even better than Dead Heart, In a Dead World. I know that DHIADW is considered their best by many, but this just sounds quite a bit better to me. Loomis' guitar work and Dane's vocal melodies stand out to me especially as a lot better.

Yeah that is one of their best ones right up there with Dreaming Neon Black which is my fav Nevermore album.

This Godless Endeavour is right below DHIADW for me. The only thing holding it back is that My Acid Words and Bittersweet Feast are a bit weaker than the rest of the tracks. Past that, it's an incredible album.

Heh heh, I was thinking those are some of the stronger tracks on the CD. To each his own, I guess.

Got Systematic Chaos...sounds amazing so far. I think it's quite unlike anything they've done so far--definitely their 2nd heaviest album behind Train of Thought, but I think it's more progressive with a lot more keyboards than Train of Thought.

Only thing that pisses me off is that Constant Motion shows up as the first track on my iPod

check the "album artist" tag. I had that problem with a few albums =\

Iced Earth - Overture Of The Wicked. Probably the first time I ever purchased an album within days after its release (hey, for four dollars on Napster, how could you go wrong?). Check the Review comments for a brief opinion of the four song EP.
