Heart of the Unicorn rocked! best singing ever by Kai

Not only is that an awesome song , but "No World Order" is by far Gamma Ray's best album. :dio:

Two concur'd posts in a row. NWO is definitely their best one.

I find the second half of that album to be far to weak to be considered the best, it does have some killer songs though. It makes me wonder if anyone who says NWO is the best has even properly listened to Land of The Free, Somewhere Out In Space, and Powerplant. Not trying to sound like a dick or anything, it just boggles me mind a tad. To each their own I guess.

I know what you mean brotha.

Have you guys listened to everything by Gamma Ray, I mean there is no way a sane person can say NWO is better than Powerplant or Somewhere Out in Space.

Ditto. Somewhere Out In Space is, IMHO, their finest album. Everyone says Land Of The Free, which is great too, but SOIS has that certain ... je ne sais quoi. :P

I could never get into Somewhere Out In Space, it just never clicked with me. Something weird about that album.

Truth to be told, I have yet to hear Majestic, but I do own the box set + NWO. And I've listened to the albums plenty of times and still find NWO to be their best by a considerable amount. That said, Rebellion in Dreamland is quite obviously their best song, and Land of the Free overall ends up as my second favorite probably.

Even though Land of the Free and Somewhere in space aren't far behind. Kai knows that 99% of the fans do not consider NWO or especially Majestic to be of the high quality expected from Gamma Ray and therefore decided to go 12 years back in time when Gamma ray were climbing full speed ahead to conquer the #1 spot as the best powermetal band ever. However with Helloween releasing the excellent Keepers3 it is obvious that GR are not anymore the kings of powermetal, but let's hope they will reconquer their thrown with this new album...
