Is it the final thing? I predict a bit of controversy with this one, seems from interviews like he's gone more proggy/toned down.

most of the stuff i download on there is.

I just played this in a different program that shows levels and shit, and i'm pretty sure this isn't teh final product now.

I havent listened to any Behemoth after Grom. Is any of it good? I listened to the Slaves Shall Serve EP, and well, if i wanna listen to Nile i'll listen to Nile. :ph34r:

behemoth destroy nile. i don't see how they are a clone of nile though.

It's well-done death metal. It's worth checking out but I don't really think its amazing.

On the contrary, if you're allowed to check out only one death metal band, it wouldn't hurt at all if it's Behemoth. After the last 4 albums, they're right upthere with the very best.

I'm still on the fence about it. I mean...some people are saying it's great, some people are saying it's meh...from what I've listened to of it (just one time all the way through) it's ok, but I just can't really find the amazing fucking riffs that were on the past 3 albums. I'm just going to keep listening though, maybe they're just more subtle. But nothing has jumped out at me yet and said "bang your fuckin head".

Nile hasn't even been interesting since The Catacombs. They just sound like generic br00tal Death Metal band #4,572 now. Good drumming but that's about the only thing that stands out about them anymore.

I'm stoked about hearing new Behemoth material.
