they got rid of all the metalcore-isms (breakdowns and pig squeal vocals)... just a pretty good slab of modern, slightly tech-y death metal now.

I guess I was trying to make the point about closed-mindedness. But I guess a bad band who got big on Mypsace can also become immune to crticism "You just hate them because they got big on Myspace!" I personally avoid Emospace like the plague, except to check out bands you guys have recommended

Nothing special live and slightly better on recorded pieces. The Red Chord play a similar style and are far superior imo.
