No, it's not a wall of sound indeed, I could recommend some extremely loud classical drone minimalism / noise music from the same time, but you gotta agree with me that Machine Gun is extremely dissonant and chaotic :)

Yeah I agree, and fascinating that it's from 68. I'm not sure about noise, even though I've probably never heard tr00 noise music. Maybe some more modern stuff would suit me better.

One of my favourite jazz albums is Blue Camel, by Rabih Abou-Khalil. Seriously that shit is GOOD! It's take it over Kind Of Blue any day.

Not heard it yet, but Hiromi Ueharas new Time Travel is very nice.
