Feeling really good. My dad offered me a part time job working with him to make some extra cash.

Got the munchies.

Feeling abit stressed out and nervous. Work has been insane lately, 3 times in less than 2 months I worked 8 days in a row and on every single day off I had (Seriously) they called me to come in. I dodged most of them though.

Im moving out now actually as well, thought I had a month and then the guy changed his mind and said he didnt wanna leave the place vacant so he wants us in by the 15th. So now I have to power pack all my shit somehow on the very few days off I have and then I have to go to some staff party shit and I dont drink and I know they all do so its gonna be boring as fuck. And then I have to move everything down there on the 15th and I was just informed today that I have to go to some bullshit bread baking seminar at Subway, WTF?? I make the best damn bread in that store, always fresh, always nice and soft with perfect shape. A customer actually told me today that I was the shit and I dont even know who they were. Then an hour later a woman said that Im the best damn sandwich maker in town AND I AM!!!

I'm catching a cold. It's driving me nuts.
It's one of those things where it's sloooowly coming in. My ears are getting all funny and i'm sneezing tons.

Glad to be home again. I were in Denmark for a few days, and while the difference between that country and my precious Sweden are not that big, it does make a huge difference in the end. Plus, Sweden has way better music

I'm back! But for how long?

Frustrated, but a little bemused. I'm currently taking Painting I, as it's my last required class for my art minor. We just finished a non-representational project, which I hated. I hate non-representational art with a fiery, burning passion, and I absolutely loathe having to create it. Our new project is landscape painting, incorporating elements from our last project. To wit, in class today, I was peacefully painting away, when my professor said that I should add color. Admittedly, I was doing the view from my window, which is mostly brown and grey. He blithely mentioned trees in shades of red and the like, which was too much for my poor little psyche, battered as it was from the last project. While my outward reaction was to nod thoughtfully at my painting, my internal reaction was more along the lines of "AAAAGGGHHHHRRRAAAGHHGAAAAHHH!!!!" After he moved on, I grabbed my palette knife and started slathering on all the colors I had, until the ground looked a bit as if an anemic rainbow with loose bowels had passed overhead.

I jabbed at the (still grey) clouds for a while, while listening to GWAR on my headphones to distract myself from the mounting frustration. Then, during the line in "Eighth Lock" which mentions a giant, malicious eyeball with a mouth for a pupil, I decided that that was exactly what my painting needed. A giant eyeball. With a mouth for a pupil. So I put one in the upper left-hand corner. When my professor came around again, he said the color was much better, and I'd put the paint down very well on my eyeball (although he didn't know what it was at first). He said that I should continue in that absurd direction, so I added some human limbs sprouting up from the ground. I think I'll replace the tree in the foreground with one made of human limbs, and will probably add them to the rest of the trees as well, because I like the pun.

Although I have to say, between the subject matter and the way I painted it, it looks like I was on some pretty serious drugs.
