Not a bad song, very typical "get the audience involved" metal anthem which should work great live. I hope there are some faster songs on the new album, which is due out next week! :)

Indeed a bit slow, but still pretty heavy.

I have to admit that I never heard a manowar song before, can you imagine??? Oh wait that's not true, I saw the clip of Metal Daze once on tv

Let me guess the video scenario:

A lot of leather, them standing in some true, medieval section of New Jersey, and at least one of them is shirtless holding an obscenely large prop sword.

This song is growing on me... the first time I heard it I was like WTF? But every time I hear it it's better. Woot!

Yeah I'm not a Manowar fan but this song grows on ya.It's your typical fist in the air heavy metal song much like what Judas Priest has done for so long.

Hmm, interesting... After the first few listens the song sounded quite dull to me. Fortunately the chorus was very nice. Not disappointing but nothing special.

Christ, that was bad! That was one the worst songs I've EVER heard!!!!!!!!11111 It couldn't have been any more derived :lame:

Jesus.. why would they do a video for garbage like this?!
a) this is their best song of the album (for god's sake!)
b) they overestimate their songs
c) they dont't know the dick from shit
d) they picked the worst song so they could shove off all but the most hardheaded fans

Sure, the song is ridiculous, but it's also awesome.

Manowar lyrics always cause tremendous laughter in me. It's so funny. :dio:

Over the years, I have repeatedly tried to get into Manowar's music, but I have repeatedly failed. As a lifelong metalhead, I feel like I'm supposed to like them, but I keep finding their songs boring, and I keep thinking "Spinal Tap" when I watch them perform. I don't want to, but I do. I feel really guilty about it, like I'm a traitor to True Metal.

Is there a special program that will help me overcome this? Is this a fatal disorder? Am I a closet hip hop fan?

Pretty cool song! Still, I shudder at the lyrics...even after all these years of hearing Manowar.

I think the song is pretty bad. Also, the riff is basically Kashmir.

So many bands have ripped off the "Kashmir" riff it's ridiculous! I don't hear it here, though.

I saw this CD in the store today, "Die For Metal" is a bonus track! WTF? Who makes a lead-off single for a bonus track?

It was pretty goofy. I thought the ending was rather abrupt, which I found strange. Did anyone else feel a Motley Crue vibe coming off it?
