Pink Floyd probably. Led Zeppelin has to take 2nd place 'cuz I don't like how masturbatory Robert Plant sounds sometimes.

I personally am a big Rush fan, 2112 through to Moving Pictures are some of the best classic rock albums ever

Yeah I think my experience with Pink Floyd was kind of ill fated. I found my parent's copy of Dark Side of the Moon and thought it was pretty good, then I listened to the wall and it made me want to wretch. I sort of lost interest after that but then Les Claypool's cover of Animals made me want to hear them again, so I checked out the original Animals but I was used to hearing it sung by Les Claypool so I couldn't really enjoy it.

Have you ever checked out the Syd Barrett era? It's less Opera Schlock and more Psychadelica. You should check out the Piper At the Gates of Dawn, if for nothing else to be shocked at just how different they sounded.

Rock eh? Best I've seen AC/DC. Best I've heard... Led Zep V Pre '73 Stones... Erm... Led Zep as they're better to have on when you're with a lady.

Love the Eagles. Cat Stevens is good too.

Hotel California is actually a great beerdrinking song, when relaxing. I get the feeling me and my mates are down at some exotic mediterranian pub, when in reality we're in my crappy basement. But at least the beer taste better!

When it comes to the rest of The Eagles catalouge, I don't care much for it.
I don't really know though how much I've heard of them.. what are some of their more well-known songs?
