Anyways, I think it's kind of pointless to argue whether there are better guitarists than the guys from Dragonforce. I think, with guitarists, they reach a point where they are amazing, and then after that it's kind of dumb to argue whose better.

That being said, there are lots of guitarists that are as good as or better than Dragonforce. John Petrucci, Satriani, Vai, and those guys are all better, although I enjoy Dragonforce's music more than theirs (with the exception of Petrucci). That guy that KGG mentioned is amazing as well, although I'm not sure if he's better than Dragonforce (only listened to one song on YouTube). Marty Friedman deserves a mention for his work on RIP, as well as Jari Manpaaka (or however you spell it).

I think they are great. Got all three albums and play them regularly. Sure, they are sloppy from time to time, but they make really fun, catchy metal, with an overdose of speed.

They can play fast and they can play well, but I just can't listen to them. All they do is speed speed speed speed speed and I can't listen to that without getting a roaring headache or just getting plain tired of it.

I also read an interview with Fred, the new bass player, where he made a pretty class-free dismissal of his predecessor, Adrian Lambert. But then, Lambert strikes me as a complete prick (and his new band are gay gay gay) so I guess it doesn't bother me anyway. So, uh, yeah...?

People who say Dragonforce guitarists are amazing really annoys me because pretty much every live video or whatever I've seen their solos have been ridiculously sloppy :\

I have seen them live twice and believe me they still are amazing. Maybe not the best but still live they are amazing.
