I'm glad I'm not the only person that bought Negura Bunget's new album. The DVD they put together makes them worthy of buying rather than downloading over just about all other bands. +Enslaved's first album equals an excellent haul.

The Negura Bunget album is pretty damn good. (RUUN is better IMO tho)

Yes, I was quite surprised at the quality of the DVD, especially for a Romanian BM band! The album itself is great, better than Drudkh's last imo...

And of course, Enslaved are fucking brilliant, as ever. They deserve all the kudos Emperor and Satyricon get/got, being the better band, I think. Had previously only heard their later stuff, pretty impressed with Vikingligr considering the guitarist was only 6 years old at the time or something. A good haul indeed.

I had a blast reading the booklet. When i read the lyrics, i can imagine a young Chuck Schuldiner smoking pot/drinking beer and watching horror flicks while writing the sickest shit he was capable of dreaming up.

And Jonn Hand (the guitar player who never actually played guitar on any recordings by Death) looks about 15 years old in his picture. :D

I enjoyed that Testament album quite a bit. You know it is a re-recording of their old classic songs? But I'm not an older Testament fan(or a big fan of thrash in general), I just got into them with The Gathering album
