Hi,
I am a big Type O Negative fan, and I am looking for similar bands I guess.
If anyone would know of any band I would like, pls let me know.

myeah...
I was more interested in the Dark atmospheric side of Type O.
Carnivore is NOT AT ALL what I was looking for...
I hope someone else could suggest something more relevant.

Type O is a pretty unique band. I mean there is a lot of Gothic Metal out there, but for the most part it's shitty and doesn't have Type O's talent or quirky sense of humour. I can't think of anybody that sounds like them, and that's part of TON's charm.

Actually despite a few songs I think Type O is a pretty horrid joke band as far as Goth Metal goes.......

Agreed. They have some amazing songs, but overall I find them to be a pile of audio poo.

I don't know, I usually like 2 or 3 Type O songs per CD, I liked about 3 songs on Fallen.....

I only have Bloody Kisses, October Rust and the newest one though.

I like pretty much everything TON has done, except for October Rust. I don't know what the Hell that crap was, but I don't listen to them for romantic songs. Apparently nobody else does eithier. But I threw my Ex's copy of Fallen out of the car window at an Emo, so I guess in the end I had more fun with Evanescence. :D

Well, it's not bad, just really odd coming from them. I like Peter best when he's really pissed or doleing out some black humour.

Type O Negative rules.

I have World Coming Down and October Rust. I'm not sure which one I like better, but they both really rule.

Agreed with the point that I really don't know a band that sounds like them at all. They are quite unique.

ocotober rust was the first TON album i bought.

I really liked its ballance of the romatic type songs vs. the dark humour.

ZOMG! Beseech has nothing to do with Type O... is even more melodic and catchy than TON
