Yeah that really looks like crap. Jeez, Dave just make friends with Ed Repka and get us the old Vic back.

The worst thing is that they made a contest for redisigning Vic, and Dave goes and choose the most horrible artwork ever, here is the one that came in second place:

I dont think it was money related, the latest municipal waste cover was made by him, so i assume is not that expensive.

oh and that isnt supposed to be the new cover just a new design for Vic.
