Well, $125 is a pretty hefty sum not to mention other concert expenses like beer and a tour shirt but... I say if you got the cash to spare I would say go for it(I would).

Either way, enjoy you lucky bastard. They were just here and I missed them because of work. Stupid stupid work.

I'd sell my head to see Maiden live.

I saw Maiden in 1998 (yes it was with Blaze) with my pops and front row tickets (there was seating at this one) were fifty bucks. I saw them again in 2000 and the seating are was now General Admission. Price for this area? forty five bucks. And when the encore happened everyone surged forward to the point where my torso was literally onstage flopping around.

125 is ridiculous.

Ya, I forgot to mention that here, tickets are at most fifty five dollars... Canadian. There is something very fucked up with that priceing.

Judging from the setlist, I'll say no

Yeah the setlist is a major letdown, and with the opening band(s) here in Toronto is going to suck.

Definetly not worth 125 buckaroos.

I've got tickets for the show on the 12th in Long Island, NY. I bought the tickets when they first became available so I hadn't heard the new album yet, nor heard what the setlist was going to be. If I had this info at hand before ordering tickets, I might have reconsidered going.

The new album is decent, but no way is it good enough to play the entire thing live. Especially when one consideres that Iron Maiden shows are generally very energetic and this album does not carry that same energy, which means we are probably in for a more "mellow" experience this time around. Of the classics that are being played, I'd keep only two, Iron Maiden and Hallowed Be Thy Name. They didnt play Aces High last time I saw them and I was hoping to hear that this time around, no such luck. And any Iron Maiden setlist that lacks songs like the Trooper, Number of the Beast, and Run to the Hills, and at least one Killers song is gonna leave me wanting more.

Decided not to pull the trigger on the 125... as many of you point out... just too much.

I'm up in the nosebleeds now... but 75$ more for shirt/beer :P

75 for nosebleeds! WTF? I am going to the same show and I am in the pit and my ticket cost me $55.50. You are getting ripped off big time.

I think he's only paying around $50 himself, he said he'd have $75 left over for beer/t-shirt.

Oh and it goes like that: 125-50=75

I am sorry, I just read that at the same time something else went wrong so I was already a little pissed. I am sorry and I will try not to screw up my math again for fear of looking stupid in front of everyone.

Making an arithmetic mistake usually doesn't mark somebody's intelligence (or, as it looks like, simply misunderstanding a person's post).

Sorry about freaking out like that, as I said I had some messed up shit going on in my life and I read that like 2 minutes after getting some bad news. So I am sorry and I know he's not calling me stupid or anything and now I am sounding stupid about getting so upset over it. So its over and again I am sorry.
