In Flames,At The Gates & Dark Tranquillity are all great Gothenburg melo-death bands. :dio:

I was wondering who you guys thought was the best out of the three.

So,vote for your favourite.

Bah! I voted first figuring the winner would then go against DT! You forgot to add DT, man. They're my favorite, but In Flames are my second favorite.

Tough decision. ...I like DT, but haven't picked up any of their stuff yet. I have to go with ATG for now, but I think once I get Damage Done DT will be my favorite.

It will just have to be In Flames vs At The Gates because I dont know how to fix it the winner will go up against DT

In Flames b/c they still show signs of being good again. Plus they got me into harsh vocals (along with Bodom). Plus they put out The Jester Race.

I voted for In Flames baecause they are one of my favourite bands.

Dark Tranquillity > both because The Haunted and all In Flames is blah.

But I'll go with At The Gates since DT aren't actually a choice.

The Haunted, eh? Was it necessary for you to, yet again, inject a nonsensical mention of a band irrelevant to this thread just because you want to talk about how you dislike them?

I meant that Dark Tranquillity are the only ones still making good music... I just said it really, really badly :dio:

In Flames... Old In Flames records kick all At The Gates. But newer material (specially Soundtrack) makes the choice difficult.
But if DT were here, they will beat the other two for sure.

...and have the Bjorler twins among their number.

Anyway, At the Gates split up before they became a sad pardoy of themselves (I suppose The Haunted actually does that job quite nicely) so they beat In Flames.

I think that of the three, Dark Tranquillity is the most consistent, whereas In Flames have released the best album (Jester). So its a tie between the two, and since Dark isn't on the poll, I'll vote for Flames.
