In December Cradle of Shit are playing and the legends that are SABBAT are supporting them. FOOKIN WAAAA! I'm going muthafuckas so long as it doesn't sell out too quick and I can turn up early (apparently if you don't get early to a Cradle gig you won't get in to see the support.

SABBAT MOFOS!!!!!!

Sabbat? yes, they were great ( History Of A Time To Come and Dreamweavers deserved the classic status, as some of the first Skyclad albums) , but who plays now? If Martin Walkyier is not in again, I'm not really interested... Mourning has broken was a real dissapointment, imo.

Martin Walkyier and Sneap are both there. Apparently it was Dani Filth's idea for the reunion to happen.

Anyway, I saw Cradle live last year, they were awful. Dave Pybus disappeared offstage halfway through the gig and it took me about three songs to notice the difference. He never did come back on.

I've heard a couple of songs from the new Cradle album, didn't like them. They sounded like songs from Nymphetamine, except watered down and not good. Clean vocal alert!

Sabbat will support Cradle just in England or in all Euro tour? I'm ready to stand a Cradle show just to see the mighty Sabbat.

The UK tour is only three dates (because they're cunts and hate Scottish people and do this on every tour except the last one but oh no not this time because they knew I might want to see Sabbat) so I'd assume it will be the full tour.

Cock of Filth are worthy of licking Sabbat (both Sabbat, but specially uk one) shoes. A Sabbat (jp) supporting Sabbat (uk) gig will be the bomb.

I've actually never heard the Japanese Sabbat.

hey, UK Sabbat is a good band, but they are no where even close compared to the real Sabbat. Same goes for most metal bands for that matter, Sabbat is one of my favourite bands of all time. :)

Is hard to beat a band like Sabbat (JP), it contains everything that is great about metal, whats your fave album?

hmm tough, all their albums are at least a 4/5 for me. My current fav is Karisma, what about you ?

They have released many great singles/eps/live performances too. Bloody Countess is an early 80's Sabbat song which is one of my fav from them too, but it was never properly recorded/released until with Metalucifer i think.

I'm hunting for The Dwelling at the moment, their 1 hour song. Hopefully Iron Pegasus reissues it soon.

np : Sabbat - Mion's Hill 20th Epic \m/

Cool, Satanasword is great too, the opener Charisma is awesome.

Check out Karisma, it should still be in print although it's been out of stock for long at Evil Legend. It's their most Japanese sounding album, lotsa traditional Japanese scales used, all while retaining the classic Sabbat sound!

Sounds good, is Iron Pegasus taking care of all of the rereleases? or are there other labels too?, because i could swear Ketzer records had some Sabbat albums too.
