The song material is more traditional STRATOVARIUS, it is very melodic and quite reminescent to 'Visions'/'Episode' era.

Great news indeed! :)

Release date should be either October 2007 or February 2008

This is very good news, as I found the last Strato album to suck a large amount of anus.

I'm always leary of news like this. So many bands claim a "back to roots" album is coming after a lackluster performance, and so many bands turn out to be liars when they do so

I hope it's true though.

Like Lars and Kirk claiming St. Anger was a return to their roots? :D

Personally, it just left me constipated, which is pretty much how the vocals sounded om Maniac Dance

With how fast Timo rights, it's a shame the album is taking so long to be released. With the breakdown of it being those two months, it's most likely a label issue as well.

Indeed. There was no way that one could be compared to any of the albums from the Episode through Infinite-era.

What the hell? That was possibly the worst update ever. However, Engrish always makes for a good laugh.
