I just heard a song by this band (The Curse Of Medusa) and its amazing :dio:

. I just read their reviews and i really need to get some of this shit! I normally don't like stuff this heavy, Forefather is as heavy as i get but dam this is good!! Anyone got any thoughts or other bands i may like now i've heard this???

dunno, but i heard their cover of "Creeping Death" and it was, er, quite crappy.

This is the song, i really like the keys, sound great. I've now listened to a few more songs by them and they were pretty meh. I might have jumped the gun on this one.

I bought The Gorgon Cult a while ago because it was cheap, the cover looked cool and the sample of Dance Of Hecate was awesome. After i heard it the first time i was like "OMFG this album is great". Second spin the next day and this time the second part of the disk sounded bland and boring. Even now i don't like any of the songs after Oath Of The Legion although the maiden cover is ok. Looking now the review i gave this 70/100 which is a bit generous, considering i liked only half the disk. I've learned since then to be cautious with bands on Scarlet Records. :wink:

But then, I'm a sucker for Symphonic Black Metal, so that's no surprise for me.

EDIT: Then the clear vocals come in.

Gah. Oh well, it still sounds cool (excepting the clean vocals).

Have listened to just one track, I am Legend and liked it. The video is one of my all time favs.
