Is this not the best CoB song? I absolutely love this song. It really shows CoB at their peak. Now I don't hate their new stuff but I do wish they went back to kick ass stuff like Follow the Reaper.

I wouldn't say that was their best song, black widow would be my pick. And mask of sanity off FTR. But i totally agree that they should get back to writing stuff like they did on FTR and Hatebreeder.

Yeah this song is the rule. Follow the Reaper and Hatebreeder are so good that its just depressing what Bodom are up to now.

Personal favourite might be Kissing the Shadows, that duel at the end is not of this world.

I heard SW, FTR, and Hatebreeder so many times they are now boring me. They're awesome though. Don't get me started on the new shit. My fave song by them could be Silent Night, Bodom Night, or like 10 others.

And why isn't anyone naming SW among their best? It is awesome too.

I am! And the new stuff aint so bad, its alright for a headband on the odd occasion.

But of course nowhere near the old stuff.

Favourites:

Something wild - Red light in my eyes parts 1 and 2

Follow(ing :D ) The Reaper - Mask of Sanity (Also has, imho, the best bodom solo ever)

Hatebreeder - Er, like all of the except Black Widow and Wrath Within, which are good, but not godly like the other seven songs.

Their new stuff is alright, but for a band that released Hatebreeder and FTR , "alright" means "DEEPLY DISAPPOINTING".

By the way, their best song is Downfall. Or maybe Wrath Within. Or Silent Night, Bodom Night. Damn, I'm confused.

I didn't think FTR was amazing when I first got it--good, but not a classic. Then, something happened and I realized that it's an incredible album. My favorites are Northern Comfort, Everytime I Die, and Mask of Sanity...and Taste of My Scythe. Every song kills, actually.
