Yah? Yah?

Well, seriously, does anyone else dig this band? I'm down with it. Haven't bought any albums, yet, but I bound to eventually. I've been living off MP3's for way too long. Anyway, if anyone knows their discog up and down, I'd like to hear some ratings and what not.

I'm only familiar with Millennium and Civilization, but both are good. Millennium uses a lot of metal samples and generally has a more aggressive edge to it, while Civilization is more chill and techno/trance-y.

I only own Hard Wired and I do remember really liking it, but damn...I haven't listened to it in a long, long time. Their discography is very daunting to a collector like me! Hahaha. I mean, if I buy another album and really like it the addiction is going to start taking over, then all of a sudden I have like 40 albums to buy! Scawy!

If you like Delerium, check out Conjure One, too.

Delerium... Conjure One... Are these albums, or band names? Cuz, for some reason I picked up the vibe that this band has alot of side projects.

Yea, Bill Leeb has an insane number of albums...

I really like Hard Wired, Implode, and Epitaph... they shared the slot of my favourite album a year and a half ago or so. I haven't listened to them in a while though, I should pick them up again

They have a ton of side projects, Delerium and Conjure One are just two of them.

I have Millenium, Caustic Grip, and Vanished

Caustic Grip was from their early days and it's Industrial mixed with new wave it seems... from what I remember anyway (I haven't listened to it for many years and I can't find it anymore lol). Like a darker more sinister version of many new-wave bands in the 80's. Millenium is much further in their discography but is getting rather old as it came out mid 90's I believe. This has Metal samples and Metal riffing over techno beats. The riffs are very repetitive, but there are some cool songs there. Vanished got rid of the guitars and is more Industrial mixed with really heavy, hardcore techno beats and samples. They've changed what they mix with industrial many times in their career. Most of it is good or really good depending on how much you like electronic music. I personally have always liked them. To me they are to techno what Metal is to rock... if that makes sense.

For a Metal fan I would recommend Millenium and their newer material as it is far more agressive than their earlier stuff.

I should also mention that if you ever heard KMFDM and like them, chances are you'll like almost all of FLA's music.

so far the first song is a lot more techno-y than most of their work. check out gun or biomechanic...

Anyways has anyone heard their new album Artificial Soldier? I thought Civilization was a little weak but this is definitely good, although I wish they used more guitars, and the guest vocals are kind of lame on one song (the storm i think...). Otherwise its a great album though.

I saw it yesterday, but it was £14, so I didn't get it. Good band, though.
