Ignoring 99% of the previous posts, I must say that I like this new album. It grew on me. It's nothing mindblowing or original, but there are some really good tunes on this album. A couple of songs aren't up to par, but none are all out stinkers.

That 30-30-15-20-49-37.5 song isn't bad, but he REALLY should have left out the screams and whispered vocals. Is it the best song on the album, Kenobi?

Heard that live at the download fest, didn't grab me. But then again only about half the stuff they release does. Some of it's very good, the rest of it blegh..

I'll give this new one a listen in any case.

And I was kind of arrogant in this thread. Without wanting to reopen closed boxes, I'd like to apologise to all and sundry, and make it my resolution to behave better (as I'm sure you've seen).

This will be reviewed because there is a promotional company that has a lot of really cool people working there, so I try to hook them up when they ask for this sort of review. I got a couple of metalcore reviews coming up, one has shocked me at how good it is! :shock:
