Simply because, some people on these boards
are simple minded and are having so much fun fucking this poll
up. I can understand that some people dislike Metallica but not being able to admit that they have done great music in the past and have forged the way for many other metal bands is simply being ridiculous and having misplaced self-pride.

Whoever believes hating metallica is hip, should get a reality check-up, a start growing up.

I don't like metallica anymore. They made some alright albums. But I don't have time to listen to them.

1. James' singing is crap.
2. James is a crap guitarist.
3. Kirk is a very average guitarist.
4. Lars is a crap drummer.
5. Wotsisname the bassist is crap.
6. They write crap songs.

No! Hetfield is an good, if unspectacular, guitarist and certainly better than Hammet.

As for the bass player bit, which one of the three (four) are you refering to? None of them are/were crap, particularly not Rob Trujillo who is an absolute monster.
