If everything goes as planned, I'll be seeing this festival in its entirety--

As well as one day of the Paleo festival --

The Who (!)
Louise Attaque
Les Wampas
The Kooks
The Spinto Band
The Lords Of Altamont
Les Cowboys Fringants
Hushpuppies

and the last day of the Montreux Jazz Festival with...

Deep Purple (!)

We all came out to Montreux

I might be going down to Bloodstock open air for a day. I would like to go to a festival this year, and don't have any other plans.

Hmm, I just got an email from the organisers now which got me thinking. I don't even know how the lineup's divided between days yet.

*goes off to do some research*

Hmm... I don't know. Neither day looks that awesome, but either could still be a fun day out.

Edguy, Rage AND Atheist? I know which I'd go for...

Good point, but Ensiferum is very tempting as well.

I may wait until some of those "TBA"s have been switched for real bands.

I'm mainly going for Ensiferum and Turisas, but if your not sure about it, i can tell you that the atmosphere last year was great even though the line up was no where near as good. I pretty sure it will be better this year.

I've got the time off work for both days. Going from not seeing Edguy at all to three times in 6 months = :D

Plus Stratovarius slay and kill live (in a fruity sort of way).

I've only seen them at BOA last year (edguy) and they were the best band! Not a fan of their studio work but live, they're fucking awesome!
