Now, I caught this from my roomate's CD collection. One of those things you see in the corner of your eye, and I was just wondering which shirt was this of all people, wearing? Especially with song titles on this CD like "Knock tha black of yo ass" or "Poppin ma collar." It vaguely looks like a Satyricon shirt, but I can't tell. I think someone at their record company noticed it, because the reissue of the CD has a "Parental Advisory Explicit Lyrics" covering it, when those symbols are usually in the lower right hand corner and not the left...

It does look like Ace Frehely's make up.

Ironically enough, my roomate played me one of their songs. Interesting lyrics though, coming from a "crunked out" group:

they always ask me
do you worship the devil
and some of the times
I think they see the horns on my head
why must you even question what I believe in silly mortal
you test the third most powerful force in the galaxy
shake ya dreads
your very essence burnt your soul
and you ask me do I worship that
bitch im Kaiser Soze
I believe I hate you worse than that
wish I could let every nuclear missile
take an unknown course
let the man with trumpets and the horns
feel my evil force

They don't do that Lil Jon stuff, that crunk shit. Three Six Mafia are actually kind of cool for rap, sort of underground, but sort of mainstream, too. I don't know, just a little different from the flock, I guess.

I love the front page of their website: http://www.triplesix.com
