Actually, our forums software only stores IP numbers, and what users post from which IP numbers. With that number, I used a separate tool that ANYONE with a web connection can access to pull all that information. See, a lot of people assume that the internet is completely anonymous, and therefore have a liscense to do whatever they want to whomever they wish. Of course, there are ways to disguise yourself, but most people don't go to that trouble. If you're broadcasting an ip number, it's best not to go around acting like an idiot on forums and causing general mischief because that veil of anonomity is not as thick as some may think. Remember that dirtbag (DJ Siran I think was his name) who was harrassing Zad? Look at all the personal information we were able to dig up on him. Again, that was done using tools that anyone on the net has access to.
