check it out, I listened to every progressive band in the world and forgot Genesis..

Sons of Otis and Acid King are two psychedelic stoner bands..

Ain Soph, Banco, Harmonia and Popul Vuh are all different shades of prog, and Niacin and Deus ex Machina are jazz-fusion.. actually Niacin has Husker's favourite drummr (?) and do an interesting cover of Red.

looks like I'm metal again :D anything italian sounding is symphonic prog (ask me if you wanna hear more like that PFM track) and Mercy is Messiah Marcolin's previous band. righteeeeous, and yet eeeevil.

also I was checking out the Flaming Lips new album but it didn't show up for whatever reason. perhaps it's the pink scribble

so..
- Emilie Simon is a french female singer that reminds me of Björk and Kate Bush
- Starlight Mints are a great indie pop band (very much like Beatles meet The Pixies)
- Scott Lavender is a cheesy piano tribute to Iron Maiden...

the rest is metal, metal related or 70's prog/hard rock (and a little bit of jazz with David El-Malek) or you already know who they are (Prodigy, Air, Mogwai) :)

hurray for estradasphere, the disturbing thing is that all their songs are like 6-15 minutes long lol. The list doesn't show it, but I've been listening to a lot of Tech deathand/orcore like martyr, quo vadis and psyopus this week too.

Nudge .................36
