Location: My sickbed.
One day when I was in the radio station updating our PSAs, I noticed this seven-inch vinyl stuck in with the rest of the forgotten seven-inch vinyls. This is the front:

And this is the back, which is what attracted my attention:

I don't suppose anyone knows what in hell this means?

Sorry this is totally off topic, but: Carnifex what station do you work at? WMHC? Is that one of the UMASS stations? I used to work at WNEK in Springfield, MA (Western New England College).
