And, by 70s standards Queen were at least as metal as Blind Guardian, by 90s standards, imo.


Its the vocal harmonies too, very much like queen. And having an album called night at the opera, clearly paying homage to Queen.


Agreed! The overall feeling too: just check the beggining of Bright Eyes:"OOOh just another,oooh just another...etc"; really sounds like something from QueenI or II.
