Like i already said in the British metal thread, a lot of these records are impossible to find in stores here: Manilla Road, Cirith Ungol, Warlord, Jag Panzer, Metal Church; even Holy Diver is hard to find.

So far i got Savatage's Sirens and The Dungeons separately, Armored Saint's Delirious...and Twisted Sister's Under the Blade.

Also check Chastain, CJSS, Metal Church, Omen, Virgin Steele, Manilla Road :)

For Chastain, are both vocalists female? Leather and Kate?

Dude, that's my favorite BOC album

Veteran of the Psychic Wars is my favourite song of theirs. I first heard that song off the Heavy Metal soundtrack. Don't Turn Your Back and Burnin' For You are also quite stellar.

Around the release of the album, BOC toured with Black Sabbath and it became known as the Black and Blue tour...how cool is that!?

First rule of the underground metalhead : Unless you live in Greece, Germany, Spain, Argentina or Brazil, never expect to find albums at record stores :D! E-bay is the way to go!!

I would recommend Cacophony - Speed Metal from 1987, not late 80s, but what's the difference?

Anyway, expect some (very) techinical guitar playing with great songwriting.

Well, I like Cacophony a lot. Friedman's terrible J-Pop stuff? Not so much.
