Seventh Son, but I voted Killers. I only slightly prefer it to any of the others. Because they're all awesome.

Also Seventh Son, but as it doesn't exist in the list I voted for Somewhere In Time... I friggin' like the atmosphere of these 2 albums (I always said when I was younger and TAPES were in that the B-side of Somewhere... is the best there is :) ). The sad part was that live BRUCE sounded worst during this period, so no concert can match the albums.

P.S. NO, I'm not gay and I don't shit my pants listening to TURBO (JP) ,hahaha (that's for the trOO,kvult Maiden followers)

Piece of Mind or Killers, depending on my mood.

But let's keep in mind that there is no such thing as a bad Iron Maiden album!

Dance of Death is their most miserable, imo.

I think Virtual XI is a good album, better than Dance Of Death and Brave New World

I would have it Virtual XI, followed very closely by Brave New World, a small gap and then Dance Of Death.

I just think Virtual XI has more better tracks than the other two

Futureal, Angel & The Gambler, Two Worlds Collide, Clansman, Lightning Strikes Twice

Wickerman, Brave New World, Fallen Angel, Out Of The Silent Planet

Rainmaker, Dance Of Death, New Frontier, Pashendale

The only problem I have with VXI is the endless repetition of chrouses in The Angel & The Gambler and Don't Look to the Eyes of A Stranger (and it doesn't even bother me too much in that song).

Futureal and The Clansman are classic, Lightning Strikes Twice and When Two Worlds Collide are great songs, and The Educated Fool and Como Estais Amigos are very nice - interesting new mellow territory for Maiden.

And the Dance of Death bashers can just lick my hairy bawsack. :P

I guess if you listen to it enough times, you get used to the repeating parts in those two songs.

Dance Of Death does have a few average tracks: Wildest Dreams, No More Lies, Gates Of Tomorrow, Journeyman.....

I really like Virtual XI , but i usually skip Angel&The Gambler after the guitar solo.

Brave new World is good but certainly not a masterpiece, the best song has to be Ghost of Navigator, followed by Fallen Angel, and the beautiful Blood Brothers.

I hate DOD, even when it has one amazingly great song: Paschendale....and a few good ones: DOD, Montsegur...the rest is average, with some good solos sometimes.

All this, imo.

Hmmm, i never liked Blood Brothers or Montsegur. Found them to be boring and just not my type of maiden-type songs.

But each to his own

I also voted for Somewhere in Time.

Oh, and the statement that Virtual XI > Dance of Death is horribly false, but then again, so would be the statement that Virtual XI > gooey dog shit.

The fact is i can't stand Dickinson( at least in late Iron Maiden), and also for me Bailey > Dickinson; thus my opinion is biased.

So, here it goes one more time: Virtual XI > DOD

and also: The X Factor >Brave New World
