Heavy Metal at the Canadian Juno Awards

Hello all. I've been very distressed lately because there's really no recognition of Canadian Metal artists. We've got a hell of a lot of talent in bands like Quo Vadis, Cryptopsy, Into Eternity, Three Inches of Blood etc. but our yearly music awards only has one shitty Rock catagory and they keep giving it to simple plan. So I've started an online petition open to residents of Canada to try and have a Heavy Metal catagory or two added to the Canadian Juno Awards. I'd appreciate it if any Canadian on this forum would add their signature. Thank you.

So Canada is basically like the US when it comes to metal recognition...

I'm certain I saw a thing on Cryptopsy's homepage asking for people to vote for them in the metal catagory of some music award thingy...
And so I did! Scroll down, they won it!
