So Eyesore, have you heard anything about his new CD? It comes out tomorrow, but I've heard absolutely nothing about it/from it.
I have the new album, it's excellent. It's a little different, though. It's an equal mix of his heavier stuff like "Dragula," "Scume Of The Earth" and "Superbeast," and the more groovy stuff like "Two-Lane Blacktop," "Pussy Liquor," "(Go To) California" and "Never Gonna Stop (Red, Red Kroovy)." It's really good.
Awesome, I'll be picking that up tomorrow. Thanks. I dig his more groovy stuff to be honest. It has that nice 60's feel to it.
There's even a nice, semi-acoustic track called "Death Of It All." It's really cool. My one complaint is the same one I've had for all his solo albums, it's too short. Nine songs, two short instrumental bits. I guess he's consistent with it like that, but I always want more when I really dig on an album. Have you heard the single, "Foxy, Foxy?" It's almost like an Alice Cooper song.

No, I haven't heard the new single. The radio stations around here wouldn't touch that with a ten foot pole. We have two rock stations here, one is Classic Rock only, and even then, post 1980 they won't play it. The other one only plays Hawthorne Heights and Matchbox 20 type stuff.
His solo stuff really is way too short. Especially when the 9 songs he puts on the album are in the 3-5 minute range. I think he honestly thinks those little interludes count as songs. Should be good though, he's made us wait long enough, that much is for sure.
